I’m a Virginia-based Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with a passion for making recovery accessible, meaningful, and effective.

After working in traditional hand therapy clinics for over a decade, I kept seeing the same barriers to care:

When hands-on treatment is needed, I’ll come to you. I bring occupational therapy and hand therapy directly to your home, office, or workplace. Expert hand therapy care with all the tools and expertise of a clinic, without the commute.
For those who prefer independence or have busy schedules, I offer thoughtfully designed, educational, self-guided options with videos, handouts, and clear timelines.
